Ultimate Morning Protein Smoothie Recipe:

  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • A little water and crushed ice
  • Option: Add some coconut water
  • Frozen banana (1/2- 1 banana)
  • Options: frozen mango, blueberries, strawberries (prefer organic)
